The cassette type modular design of this corrugated cardboard single facer is intended for quick flute changeover. The unit can be changed in under 10 minutes and during the process, the cassette roller unit is delivered into the machine through an electric trolley.
The Dinghao modular corrugated cardboard single facer is designed and manufactured with flute rollers, a suction cover, and suction tube. All of these components are housed in one relatively compact unit with a hanging structure designed to shorten change time for maintenance and roller combination switching.
The stationary corrugated cardboard single facer features a simplified design structure at an economic price intended for small and medium-sized carton manufacturers. The machine parts work in conjunction with the automation program for minimal labor intensity.
