The semi automatic die cutting machine adopts frequency controller to achieve stepless speed acceleration. The maximum ideal speed can reach up to 4500 times per hour. Generally, depending on the quality of the cardboard, the cardboard die cutter runs at the speed of 3600 to 4000 times per hours.
The slotting die cutting machine plays an important part in manufacture of cardboard boxes. It is used for slotting, creasing, chamfering, punching, clasping, as well as die cutting of the cardboard into the desired shape at one time, except for heterogenic cardboard cartons and boxes.
The high speed die cutting machine is controlled by PLC program with complete protection function and high reliability.
The die cutting creasing machine is only used to process cardboard boxes and cartons having special shapes. It adopts the herringbone gear input construction and helical gear output structure. The gears are made of ball milling castings or 45# steel parts.
This equipment can collect up to 4 sheets at a time, as well as achieve automatic counting and slitting without stopping.
